What size should the frame be?
A PNG or WebP with a transparent background, square, at 1080 by 1080 pixels. A white background instead of a transparent one is the most common mistake, because it covers the whole photo.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The free plan creates one campaign with one frame and a public link, with a discreet mark on the finished image. Paid plans remove the mark and raise the limits.
How do I know how many people took part?
Every campaign has a dashboard with visits, downloads and gallery entries. The number is visible to whoever created the campaign.
How many people actually change their profile picture?
It depends on how much the campaign is shared, so the honest answer is a real number rather than a promise: one Framefy customer's campaign reached 4,590 photos downloaded and 4,193 sent to the gallery. A campaign that is barely shared does little, and the dashboard shows that from day one.
