Figures from ABRACEO, the Brazilian association of race organisers, 2025. The difference between a full start line and an empty one is rarely the course: it is the promotion.
The problem
If you organise races, you know this film
Promotion gets left for later
Course, permits, timing, race kits: the logistics eat the time, and the race does not fill up on its own. With 5,241 races a year in the country, whoever does not show up loses entries to the race next door.
A sponsor wants a number, not a feeling
“Loads of people turned up” does not renew a sponsorship tier. The brand wants to know how many people saw the event, and proof of it. With no number, next year's negotiation starts from zero again.
Official photos: expensive, slow and watermarked
The runner wants to post RIGHT THEN, with the bib number and the medal. When the photo arrives days later, paid for or covered in watermarks, the energy of the event has already gone.
The event dies the next day
The race ends and engagement falls off a cliff. With no simple way for everyone to keep posting, the next edition starts with nothing inherited from the last one.

How it works
From the promotion to the accounting
Framefy follows the race from the first post to the final report.
Before the race
- An "EU VOU!" ("I'm going!") frame for everyone who signed up: each entrant who posts invites their own network
- One link (or QR code) per race, straight onto the promotional material and into kit collection
- Visible turnout weeks ahead: you watch the anticipation grow in the dashboard
On race day
- The "EU FUI!" frame at the arch, on the big screen and in the tent: their own photo, right then, with bib number and medal
- The runner opens the link in the browser, uploads the photo and downloads it finished. No app, no sign-up, no queue
- Every post tags the event and carries the race's identity beyond the course
After the race
- The event stays alive online and in everyone's memory
- Visits, downloads and entries become the number in the sponsorship report
- The base is ready for the next edition to start ahead
For whoever sells the race
The sponsorship tier you can actually prove
The frame is your own artwork, so the sponsor's brand rides along in every photo a runner posts. At the end, the dashboard shows how many people applied it and downloaded: a verifiable number for this edition's proposal and for renewing the next one. You can even have one frame per tier, each with its own link and its own number.
- The sponsor's logo in every photo published
- One frame per tier, each with its own number
- A report with the period, the reach and the entries

Questions
Questions from people who organise
Does the runner have to create an account or install an app?
No. Whoever is running just opens the campaign link in their phone's browser, uploads the photo, adjusts it in the frame and downloads it ready to post. An account only exists for whoever organises.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Free plan lets you create the campaign for your race with one frame and a public link, with no credit card. Paid plans raise the limits and unlock features such as the gallery of entries and more frames per campaign.
Can I put the sponsor's brand on the frame?
Yes. The frame is your own artwork: the sponsor's logo, the name of the edition and the date all go on it normally. You can even have one frame per sponsorship tier, each with its own link and its own number.
Does it work on a phone, in the middle of the race?
Yes. The photo is composed in the phone's own browser, with nothing to install. It is built for the runner to use in the finish area, with the medal round their neck.
Is it any good for a small race, a running club or a neighbourhood event?
It is, and that is where the effect shows up fastest: in a smaller race, each runner who posts is a big slice of the promotion. The Free plan is enough for a first edition.
How does this help sell sponsorship?
Every frame applied is a real post on a real person's profile, carrying the race's brand (and the sponsor's) with it. The dashboard shows the total: a verifiable number for the proposal and for renewing the tier.
Framefy can be in on this with you.
Create the campaign for your next race today and arrive on race day with the promotion running by itself.
